Over the past 25 years, I have developed niche software solutions that have transformed how schools operate and enhanced the student learning experience. Building strong, long-term relationships with educational institutions has been key to our success, and I remain committed to ensuring our software is secure, innovative, and highly effective.. In my personal life , I enjoy spending time with my family.

I was previously a sales representative  in the beauty and barber industry for over 25 years.  I now find my passion in working with public schools  assisting them with finding appropriate software solutions to take them into the modern era of computerized record-keeping!    My responsibilities include developing and  managing  client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.   Many schools around the country have been using America's Software for over  25 years.  Selling it is easy.  It's tried and true!  In my personal time I enjoy Nascar, Football and Family!

I have 12 years in technical support with America's Software.  As Customer Service Manager I  collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience, ensuring that our support aligns with the company’s standards and goals..  My deep understanding of TalEval and Discovery Pro helps me diagnose problems, troubleshoot issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.    I strive to provide top-notch assistance in a professional, courteous way. In my personal time I enjoy spending time with my family  and  traveling to exotic places!

My inclination towards creativity turned into a passion of developing software solutions creatively. After working with a multinational organization for 14 years – developing enterprise software for financial institutions – I took the plunge in 2009 into the world of self-employment and started developing customized software for SMEs worldwide. I have been developing software for America’s Software Corporation for over a decade!  It’s been a very satisfying journey where my quality of output has been appreciated. In my personal time, I pursue my other passion – spreading awareness about Renewable Energy and leading a nature-friendly life.

As a certified cybersecurity and network security professional,  I am dedicated to ensuring the safety of client-sensitive information.   At America's Software Corporation I monitor networks daily, taking proactive steps to prevent vulnerabilities and safeguard data.  Due to our consistent efforts, the company has maintained a flawless security record of no breaches since 1996.  In my personal time, I actively engage in outdoor sports such as football, boating, and fishing. These activities allow me to stay active, recharge and maintain a healthy work-life  balance.
